The full title of Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on December 13th of 1989, in West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.A. Taylor Swift became famous as a performer and song writer in the early part of 2001 when she began sharing her stories of heartache. Swift was a fan of music from an early time. Swift quickly rose up in the ranks, beginning by playing roles in the theater for children and then singing in front of a huge crowd. The moment Swift performed The Star-Spangled Banner in front of the Philadelphia 76ers at a game when she was 11, she was already composing songs. The next year she took up guitar. Swift had taken her influences from the music of Shania Twain and her band the Dixie Chicks now known as The Chicks within the realm in country music composed her original songs to reflect the feeling of being alienated. Swift's parents relocated her to Tennessee at thirteen after they sold their Pennsylvania farm. The move enabled Swift to spend more time trying to find labels that would promote country music in Nashville.
